Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus initial shipping charges if applicable), store credit or an exchange, provided you write to us at info@thethinbluelinecanada.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of receiving the item(s). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@thethinbluelinecanada.ca to advise that you wish to return an item(s) mentioning the reason why you would like to return it (doesn't fit, changed mind, item not as described, item damaged or broken, etc.) and await further instructions. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges UNLESS you are able to show evidence that the item was received damaged or broken.  

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, exchange or give you a store credit. Please allow at 5-7 days from the receipt of your item to process refunds.  Refunds will be credited to the same method as initial payment was made.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

PROBLEMS WITH ITEMS AFTER RETURN PERIOD

Although we are under no obligation to offer refunds, exchanges or credits after the return period (email us within 30 days of receipt and return the return the item within 45 days of receipt), our goal is customer satisfaction.  If you are experiencing problems with an item after return period, please email as at info@thethinbluelinecanada,ca and explain the problem you are experiencing.  We will do our best to try to assist.
